9. Ten Pushups
Up, down. Up, down. Billy was doing pushups. His arms were bent. His palms were on the ground. His toes were on the ground. His back was straight. His belly was close to the ground. His nose was close to the ground. Then he straightened his arms. Now his nose was almost two feet above the ground. His back was straight. His arms were straight. His head was higher than his feet. His feet were lower than his head. That was one pushup. Then Billy bent his arms. His nose and belly almost touched the ground. Then he straightened his arms again. That was another pushup. Billy did eight more pushups. He did ten pushups. He did ten pushups every day.
9. Dez Flexões
Pra Cima, pra baixo. Pra, cima, pra baixo. Billy estava fazendo flexões. Seus braços estavam dobrados. As mãos dele estavam no chão. Seus dedos estavam no chão. Estava de costas reta. Sua barriga estava perto do chão. Seu nariz era perto do chão. Então ele ergueu os braços. Agora o nariz era quase dois pés acima do chão. Estava de costas retas. Seus braços estavam retos. Sua cabeça foi maior do que seus pés. Seus pés estavam menores do que a cabeça. Essa era uma flexão. Então Billy dobrou os braços. Seu nariz e a barriga quase tocaram ao chão. Então ele ergueu os braços novamente. Isso era outra flexão. Billy fez mais oito flexões. Ele fez dez flexões. Ele fez dez flexões todos os dias.
